• Performance by the Davis Youth Flute Choir, the first cultural group ever to represent Davis in its sister city, Inuyama, Japan (June 2008). Free to all.
• Flutists can sign up at Watermelon to participate in the performance of a piece. Learn about the flute choir and find out what fun one can have playing a variety of flutes, including alto and bass. Participation fee is $25.00. Participants will be given sheet music.
• Lecture by Flute Choir Director Maquette Kuper on what to look for when buying and upgrading flutes.
• Participants’ opportunity to look at flutes with guidance by Maquette Kuper and choir members and to buy specially priced flutes.
